Much later on Jan Klomp came with the beautiful 2x3 ending 21,40/6,12,39 –

Jubileum Oploswedstrijd 75 jaar KNDB (1986), ending #14 which – others

than 22a – also can be found in Antologia: part II-81 !

By the way in diagram 22a  man 7 can be replaced by king 6. And this just

makes possible the minimal deepening – with an initial position that of course

does not deserve the beauty prize - 12,18,19,31,D27 / 29,33,D6,D44
